The capacity

Maximum 14 people + 1 baby

The Invitees

The rent of the house does not give the right to invite a large group of people. The rule is that the number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the cottage.

The Noise

The village of Jevoumont is a very quite plice, therefore excessive noise should be avoided, especially in the evening.

Fire Prevention

The fire doors leading to the first floor should remain closed. The emergency exit should be used only in emergencies.

State of the place

A description document gets signed at the beginning and end of stay is attached to the contract.
